We are committed to handling your data carefully and only for the purposes you would expect. This is a short, plain-language summary; a full legal version will replace this text before public launch.

What we collect

• Inquiry forms: name, email, phone (optional), travel details you write to us.
• Newsletter: email address.
• Analytics: anonymous, aggregated page-view counts collected first-party (in our own database, in the EU). No cookies and no stored IP address — a visitor is counted once per day via a salted, non-reversible daily hash that cannot identify you or track you across days.

What we do with it

We use your contact details to answer your inquiry, send the occasional newsletter (only if you subscribed), and improve the site. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Where it lives

Inquiries arrive in our hello@carpathianstays.com inbox via Resend (EU servers). The site is hosted on Vercel. Analytics are processed first-party in our own EU-hosted database — no third-party analytics provider.
